At Empower U Today, I understand that applying for the NDIS can feel overwhelming. The paperwork, the evidence, the waiting - it can be confusing and stressful.
You do not have to navigate it alone.
I support individuals and families through every stage of the NDIS access process, helping you prepare a strong application and ensuring the right evidence is included to give you the best chance of approval.
If you need guidance, clarity, and someone who understands the system, I am here to help.
How I Can Help
I provide practical, step-by-step support with:
• Understanding NDIS eligibility requirements
• Preparing your NDIS application
• Gathering medical reports and supporting evidence
• Completing the NDIS Access Request Form
• Communicating with therapists and specialists
• Preparing for your Local Area Coordinator (LAC) meeting
My goal is to make the process easier, clearer, and far less stressful.
Experience That Makes a Difference
With over 11 years of experience in the mental health and disability sector, I understand how the NDIS system works and how to prepare applications properly.
Every person’s story is different. I take the time to understand your situation and ensure your application reflects your real support needs.
From your first consultation through to submitting your application, I support you at every stage.
I help manage the complexity of the process so you can focus on your wellbeing and future.
We meet to discuss your situation and go through the NDIS application process. I will identify the documents needed, including reports from professionals such as:
• Psychologists
• Psychiatrists
• Occupational Therapists
• Speech Pathologists
• Physiotherapists
• Pediatricians
• Your GP
I review your supporting documents and complete the required NDIS Access Request Form and supporting evidence forms.
These are then sent electronically to the appropriate professionals for signing.
I communicate with therapists and specialists to ensure documentation is completed and returned promptly.
Once everything is complete, I conduct a final review and submit the application to the NDIA.
After submission, a Local Area Coordinator (LAC) will contact you to arrange a meeting.
I will guide you on what to expect and how to prepare.

A Psychosocial Recovery Coach supports people living with mental health challenges to build a meaningful and independent life.
Recovery coaching focuses on helping you develop the skills, confidence, and supports needed to move forward.
• Identify your personal recovery goals
• Create a recovery plan tailored to your life
• Build resilience and coping strategies
• Connect you with community supports and services
• Strengthen your independence and wellbeing
Recovery is not just about managing challenges — it is about building a life that feels fulfilling and meaningful.
If you have an NDIS plan, recovery coaching may be funded under Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living.
This funding helps you develop the skills and strategies needed to manage your disability and live more independently.
I provide NDIS services to self-managed and plan-managed participants.
If your plan is NDIA-managed, you will need to work with a registered provider, as I have not yet completed this process.
Self-managed participants have the flexibility to choose providers who best suit their needs and goals.
My services align with NDIS Registration Group 06:
Assistance in Coordinating or Managing Life Stages, Transitions and Supports.
If you need support accessing the NDIS or working towards recovery goals, Empower U Today is here to help.
You do not have to navigate this alone.
